I don’t buy civ games until they release all the DLC. Since CIV 5 it seems like they have released unfinished games that lack major game mechanics on launch and the game only gets finished through DLC.

Most kids (and some adults) eat a handful of foods and don’t want surprises. My eldest is starting to branch out to new foods now that he is firmly in his teens. Unless you are the child of a a diplomat or an invading soldier you are awarded citizenship if you are born under the jurisdiction of a state I.E. US soil. Illegal immigrants are still under US jurisdiction and their children are awarded citizenship as a result.

Trump is doing away with birthright citizenship which is enshrined in the 14th amendment. “Illegal” is whatever Trump will deem it to be.

China isn’t the dependable partner it used to be. Basing your entire supply chain in China introduces too much risk. Apple has been sourcing production to other countries for a while.

A. People can migrate and buy in cheaper parts of the country and maintain jobs that would have required them to stay in a certain geographical area in the past.

B. Work from home has gutted the commercial real estate market. Leading investors to move into the home market. You’re going to see a lot of money flow into single family homes to rent over the next ten years.

You’re now competing against established professionals who are later on in the careers and institutional investors.

There is no reason to further antagonize Cuban expats for zero political gain elsewhere in the US. No other major voting block in the US gives a shit about Cuba.
