Solid state used to be basically required for Total War so the map loads would be quick. Still quicker but not as essential anymore
Is the tiger always invisible or just when you want it to be? I’m thinking pranking a friend in the shower, but I think it would be more fun with a visual component
Love both, but I would say that show Nynaeve starts stronger than book Nynaeve. Zoë Robins did such a great job with breaking her block and every other scene
Nynaeve from Wheel of Time. All her quirks become endearing and her growth is so satisfying.
Missing the vital fifth(4th really) element of author trauma
My partner is chronically ill and Karlach’s ending in BG3 made me sob because I was romancing her and it hit very close to home
Think this might be what you’re looking for https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairphone
Can’t find a great screen grab, but Vidna from Legend of Legaia is one of the first towns you find that is unaffected by the mist and the reason is they use their natural hot springs to power fans to keep the mist from settling. You get to wander through the spa area as well before you break the windmills 💀
Even if you can’t manage staging something like that, even just asking a friend to help you take some pictures will up your odds significantly. The pictures are going to be the first thing most people see on your profile so having a friend help find good angles and such will be really helpful
It hasn’t been the worst on my solo play through, mostly on a group one. There are a variety of issues that are workable, like how you will frequently start combats separated unless your group has the discipline of saints, or how one character will literally never be able to join combat because the terrain is impassable for him and him alone once initiative starts. These things we dealt with, but when combined with hours of lost progress from crashes and desyncs we threw in the towel
Do you have ADHD? The feelings you are describing might be rejection sensitive dysphoria. Learning how to handle those feelings will serve you really well in the future
I liked this game a lot when I first started playing. Now in the back half of the game its just disappointing. Desyncs, crashes, and uneven balance all over the place. It has its charms but not something I would recommend anymore. Good to see they are on the right side of this though
It is a thing. The classic name is the hippie speedball. I would say it definitely feels different, but I have ADHD so stimulants might work different for me than others.
Kinda speaks to the lie of the meritocracy when your merit remains even or grows, and the system can’t decide whether you should be on the top or bottom
Lots of times. I had a police officer draw a gun on me and I didn’t get shot so that’s a big one. I once won a roomba in a company raffle. In a D&D campaign my character got reincarnated and I got the 1/100 roll to be the same species as I started. Oh, and here’s an astronomical one, I met my fiancée through a random hookup post on the other site. We talked all night but their medication at the time gave them memory issues and they forgot me the next day. Being patient and recapping our interaction from the night before may have been the most momentous decision of my life. All predicated on the luck of seeing the post at the right time and actually getting a reply on a hookup post DM
Gotcha, that makes sense. That’s more or less what I meant by seems super small to get angry over. I find it difficult to believe a single persons capacity to make multiple accounts and vote makes all that much difference in any one thread
I’m curious what the accusations of double voting are about. Does she think you are using an alt to upvote yourself? Seems like an insanely small thing to get angry about.
My Fiancee would notice very quickly. My family it would be weeks if not longer
