He banned people from Somalia, Eritrea, Venezuela, Myanmar, etc. - not exactly known to be prolific travelers. So I doubt that has an impact in itself.

His border controls, detention of random tourists from first world countries and general unpleasantness will be a much greater deterrent.

In my friend circle, nobody will set foot into the US while the orange overlord is in charge, and we’ve all been quite fond of our trips to the States.
