The problem is it’s not clear who could enforce a judgment on him. If DC police tried to arrest him, they wouldn’t get through the door. Him being president makes it very difficult, as a practical matter, to actually punish him in any way.

It’s remarkable to see people still denying that Trump is a fascist. He tried to use violence to overthrow the government. He’s a fascist.

I’m kind of confused about exactly how this could escalate further, given that there are at least two countries between Iran and Israel. Israel isn’t going to send ground forces into Iran, and vice versa. And I’m doubtful that as bad as Israel is, they would nuke Iran. Where could it go beyond intermittently bombing each other?

I mean, this is supposed to be where the distinction between sex and gender comes up. So it’d be incorrect to say trans women are men, but correct (I guess) to say they’re male. I don’t know, I might be behind the times.
