No nation ‘deserves’ to exist, they were all carved out through blood and suffering
That’s what power is. You don’t need to ‘deserve’ anything if you have the power to take it
You are treating nations like human neighbors and that is not what they are at all. Wagging your finger and saying ‘naughty naughty’ is a useless geopolitical gesture

6·8 天前it’s more for older models where overengineering for ridiculously smooth transitions at the cost of greater wear and maintenance. Considered acceptable as a person who owns a jaguar likely owns several cars and it isn’t a burden for frequent maintenance
People who can barely afford Jaguars learn the hard way that it was meant as a weekend car
they are design nightmares and not even in the cute Jaguar’s transmission kind of way.

7·9 天前NYC is a dying city, property taxes and ridiculous rents have driven out most of what made the city center vibrant and human. You see streets and streets of empty shops that were active even during the 2008 recession.
The government are grifters squeezing the last drops of profit and decency as fast as they can bc they know the way the wind is blowing
Could they fix it? Sure but that would mean addressing wealth inequality which is bad for their donations
