The opposition is just NIMBY

Cort@lemmy.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Have you ever watched a movie or tv show on a mobile device, or otherwise a low-end/low-quality display? What is your current display + sound setup for watching content?2·3 days agoI put a 55 inch 4k tv on my desk. Essentially within literal arm’s reach, and I think it’s very similar to a theater.
Great for work from home jobs, or just watching movies or YouTube.

But they can’t make you polish that shit into a product to sell
You’re probably aware, but the product (eggs) comes from the same place as the shit. At least for chickens anyway, never seen the anatomy of a manager, but I hear they’re invertebrates so it may be slightly different.

"We can send you a new machine."English1·2 months agoI think tpu does come in food safe formulations. For a gasket that isn’t coming into contact with food, and wouldn’t regularly be washed anyway, I wouldn’t really have concerns. Especially if you can design the gasket thin enough to reduce the number of layer lines.
I’d have more concerns if the printed part came into direct contact with the food. Anything you’d want to put into a dishwasher is completely out of the question; thermoplastics don’t handle the high temps gracefully

Lol, the first smart watches were released before 9/11. Maybe niche and pricey, but you could easily say the same of the original apple watch
You could get a Casio watch with mp3 player back in 2000
