More like if the room is lit its “normal.” That seems to be how people see it, being “persecuted” becauae they cant be normal and call others abnormal

Where i live it’s awfully common to use large vehicles like this to rescue people in flood waters. They have boats too for the deeper sections but trucks like this can roll through a neighborhood nonstop to search and rescue people.
The ONLY reason you’d need something like this is maybe hurricane prone areas to get around flooded parts of the city
