The job of the Treuhand was it to check if a business were able to survive the transition to capitalism; most weren’t so they were closed. The problem is that many people in the GDR believe that they were scammed by the west, when in reality they were scammed by their own government for decades.
Just re-checked: In theory you can buy raw milk in Germany in a supermarket. It is called “Vorzugsmilch” then. But I never saw any.
Seeing the other post about France: It depends on the country. In Germany you can’t (only direct at the farm). Saw a documentary some weeks ago about Spain where they said that it is also forbidden (the journalist wanted to drink raw camel milk).

Only that the explanation is wrong. For first a child can not judged for anything in Germany. If it would be a older than than 14 then it could be judged but only by a special court with special rules and laws. The chance that both sentences would be presented on the same day would be low. The real answer is that they were 5 persons (4 men and 1 woman). 4 of them (including the woman) were considered as leaders (getting higher sentences), while another was only considered as a non-leader (getting a lower sentence).
