First, i didn’t say “are the problem”, (oops ok i did, but its the border runners) And yes, an unexpected large increase in population has adverse effects on a state’s/cities financial ability. So in part yes, it’s a resource issue. Are you able to comprehend that illegal immigration has a net negative effect on society and not a positive?
And let’s remember, we’re talking about illegal immigration. I would wager that legal immigration has a net positive on society.

What… young, nearly adult folks want to get a paycheck, too. At 16 I used to make 450$ a week cutting grass, ain’t nothing wrong with kids earning a few bucks.

I never implied I did… it’s not one person’s fault. Yes, the tariffs are negatively affecting the stock market. I believe things are going to rebound before too long. It was projected from the beginning there would be short-term financial struggles, and here we are, but it’s necessary to stop getting fleeced by these other countries.
It seems like your heart is in the right place, and I would join you against legit harm that might be occurring, but I don’t see that harm. You’re also just flat out wrong on some points.
Im on disability and get a check every month, but I’m not scared about losing mine because it’s legit. Many many people cheat the system in one way or another, and they should be weeded out to protect the rest of us. The amount of waste, fraud and abuse is crazy, but Musk is really helping clean that shit up.
It’s been common knowledge that the government is extremely wasteful/fraudulent, and now that it’s finally getting the screws put to it, everyone is freaking out? Ok, it sucks that some people have to lose their job, but their job was redundant and useless and a waste of tax payer money.
