  • You don’t know shit. My search turned up nothing more concrete than your own apeing of the plaintiff’s claims as though those were evidence, so I didn’t bother.

Meanwhile, the subject at hand quite literally revolves around Steam and Steam-Keys. We don’t even have to get into third-party distribution without Steam-Keys to disprove your argument, although that market also remains alive and well as ever.

The rest was just me matching your energy, but I’m not exaggerating when I say I should have just blocked your belligerent ass a while ago. You can’t be bothered to prove your own points, yet keep pretending to be the most “mature” and “focused” person here. It’s painful to watch the trolling this far off the rails.

  • You, me, my brother-in-law. For some reason, its the progressive* men in my life who understand the need to get our families away from this shit, somewhere they can avoid suffering and death, or radicalization, or recruitment to a losing cause. One thing we’re definitely NOT heading for is a quick civil war.

Meanwhile my wife and all the other white progressive women we know seem perfectly happy to play wait-and-see straight through until its far too late.

*Even most of the MAGAT men I know would jump at the chance to remove their families from this sinking ship - they don’t want their kids caught up in this shit either.

  • I think its less a question of the technical feasibility, and more of an issue that we, as users, don’t want more closed-source blobs in our kernels. Meanwhile, the publishers insist that they can’t open-source their anti-cheat code; Their idea being that if we know what’s in it, it will be easier to bypass.

Basically, one distro or a few(at most) may get anti-cheat integrated one day(like, say, SteamOS), but it will likely never be in your standard Linux kernal.

They could go the rought of kernel modules, I would think, but for whatever reason, we’re still having this conversation.
