Back when I was on windows, I didn’t even bother with clients anymore. The new outlook has ads in it and barely works.
I use Thunderbird now since they updated their interface and it’s very pretty and fast. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
Oh wow you can? I just switched to Nemo on Arch after using Thunar for a long time but I got annoyed at it for crashing a lot when I copy files to my FTP server. Very good to know!

[SOLVED!]English10·2 years agoI want to use it but does it support subscriptions/ accounts? I have a lot of subs and I don’t wanna resub manually to all of them :(
EDIT: You absolutely can:
- Go to https://takeout.google.com/ (login if needed)
- Select only YouTube > All YouTube data > Deselect all > Select only Subs
- Download the takeout file and extract the .csv
- In Freetube, go to Settings > Data Settings > Import subs and click on the .csv
- Enjoy!

Matthew@lemmy.cato Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•Windows Updated and is Pushing More StuffEnglish9·2 years agoDepends what kind of games you play. Games like Fortnite, Roblox (though it seems a workaround is being worked on?), R6 won’t work because of their anticheat systems.
Personally, 100% of my Steam library of 200+ games work perfectly on Proton.
You don’t. I don’t make the rules.

Matthew@lemmy.cato Nintendo@lemmy.world•What are you playing this weekend? 2023-08-05English9·2 years agoI grabbed the entire PIKMIN series on Switch and will start playing them this weekend. I’m very excited, I’ve never played any of them!
I haven’t played it myself but my boyfriend was very excited about it coming out and he’s been playing it since yesterday on PC.
He’s loving it so far.
