I’ve been running it with btrfs and it has been rock solid stability wise. If you go btrfs I recommend grub btrfs for easy boot time snapshots and btrfs-assistant in the aur if you want a GUI to manage btrfs maintenance.
Multiple reasons, but it starts with terrible education. They don’t know how to verify information at best, and at worst don’t want to, they believe they win when they piss off someone they don’t like. This means the information they get on current topics is generally something pushed by someone either paying an algorithm to target them or by things like AstroTurfing.
There’s a lot of value for the hegemony class in getting people to not care about the climate, endless war, genocide, and human rights in general.

Most Trump voters I have come across don’t actually know what fascism is, so the insult dosnt work. They still believe they are voting for small government and lower taxes, they are in a delusion and they can’t believe otherwise regardless of what I would call facts.
Trump voters are quite practiced at mentally cherry picking what their dogma is in their religion, so for them it’s not as much of a stretch.

Edit: I don’t seem to be able to get the engine to show up as a tts engine but it works well within the tts app itself. Hopefully I’ll find a fix I’ve been searching for a good tts engine for android eBook apps.

I doubt they really care, there’s still a way (to my knowledge) to download audiobooks from audible to mp3. You have to dig a bit to find the option from what i remember. This just makes it easier and in chapterized .m4b goodness.

Yes! There are definitely NO private interest groups in the US! Everything is 100% voters choice. I’d also like to add the US system is not in anyway pay to play. The only reason truly grass root candidates don’t get elected to major positions is that the American people prefer and trust corporate backed politicians, as they are the ones that will lead us to a more productive feature!

A large part of the old Testament is about the Jewish people and how they are God’s chosen people. In the new testament Jesus made it (to the Christian perspective) so everyone gets to be in that chosen club. The crucifix is a roman thing even though the angy mob was Jewish, Jesus was also Jewish, many followers of Jesus were Jews etc. Also some prophecies in the book of revelations (last book in the bible) but I don’t remember much off hand.
Add in the horrors of the Holocaust and its hard for people with a simplistic good or bad/binary worldview to even understand other perspectives.
Most of the people that agree with Israel I’ve come across are very religious and can’t comprehend that they are wrong because they are on the side of the good guys in the bible. It doesn’t matter if you show them sources. They have spent their whole life closing their eyes to anything that threatens their worldview

Used thinkpads especially the older ones (t480 and older) have a ton of extra parts floating around, and you can get them cheap. I built a t480 with 8th gen i7 from parts for around $170 over a year ago, it has been a great experience. I upgraded the trackpad and keyboard and plan to upgrade the screen, cooling, and battery next.
Doubt it’s even worth pirating. Ubisoft gets consistently worse year after year.
