So, same as passwords then. The service can determine what they accept as a password. And if they’re being assholes about it you can decide to go elsewhere.

But there are other problems that wayland addresses too, like: how to scale multiple monitors nicely, is it a good idea to give all other apps the keystrokes that you do in the one in focus (and probably a lot more)
