As a Swedish dairyfarmer: sure, there are bad apples everywhere. But the majority of us loves our animals and if they don’t get treated well they don’t produce well.
But we need you consumers to help. Visit farms when possible, buy local or at least farmer-owned brands with high standards. Show that you care, vote in the EU election. etc.
It was still a construction site, so probably had something to do with that. It was scheduled to open this summer
Burning methane as a fuel is better for the climate than releasing it as methane. But the best thing would of course be to not release anythig at all
Well, they later said that it wasn’t legal for the military to help, but I don’t remeber exaktly why
The government has already said no to stepping in so that is unlikely
