Just finished watching it all, have been trying to avoid any spoilers all day. I can’t speak for all, but the three episode drops have been nice, but take time to get through. I envy people who can watch it night and maintain a healthy sleep schedule.

I think you should watch Clone Wars, but from memory, there weren’t too many plot points about Palpatine that are different or expand on what is already in AotC and RotS, but maybe i’m forgetting something. As others have said, Anakin gets a lot better treatment in The Clone Wars than the prequels did, and Ahsoka’s journey is the star of the show.

Just don’t watch Star Wars Resistance.

Does Steam have built in Chromecast support, or are you mirroring the whole Desktop? I’ve had good success with Moonlight, to use Steam Streaming, but have never tried with a Chromecast.

Obviously this is antithetical to this community, but when Stadia was a thing, it was actually really amazing. Playing Cyberpunk 2077 on release day with a shit PC blew me away. I’m not sure how it worked in Australia, but the lag was only noticeable sometimes, and never was a distraction or took away from the game play. GeForce Now is ok, but they need to support your game, and then you need to purchase the game + have a subscription. I know Stadia got a lot of shit, and also had a limited catalog, but it actually got me to buy cutting edge games, sometimes on release day, with no subscription.

For me, piracy is not about cost, but more for combating anti-consumer behavior by corporations. Say what you will about Google, but Stadia was actually a good product. I guess it’s just good they killed it before they could enshitify it.

Million dollar idea (that probably violates campaign finance laws): Come up with a service that allows you to donate to any candidate, and will not sell or share your information, and will never contact you. The fee is $1 regardless of the donation amount. There has to be 1m people who would find this worth the added fee.

That was so good. The driver being brushed off by ISB and also mocked by Mon for his ineptitude at being a spy, was refreshing they didn’t try to make him into a hero and had Andor kill him in cold blood. Maybe I missed it, but how’d Andor sneak a gun in to the senate?

Perhaps, but like actual hygiene, not having good digital hygiene stays with you between personal and work personas. It is troubling considering she is the Director of National Intelligence and it’s something which should be a baseline requirement for the position. If Vel dies, it’s probably going to be at the hands of Luthen. Everyone is just a soldier to him, and once she’s no longer useful and more of a liability, he would drop her. It would create a conflict for Mon, being very close to her cousin, and funding Luthen, to have it result in Vel getting killed.
