Yes that’s it, they offer it for download. People click " I agree" and install. Then it phones home and oracle knocks on your door with huge license fee and or lawsuit.

Not just support it but sometimes it’s the only option, so you also have to support their business even if you just paying upfront. (and hand over your personal data)

Had similar issue, turned out to be the cable to the charger. Might be worth to check by wiggling the cable and see if it thinks you’re unplugging it.

I don’t find it too hard , what I do is to put the rice paper in big frying pan with warm water , just enough that is starts to soften . drape it onto a big plate so it will stick to the plate.

Then place the filling in the middle and lift one corner from the plate and fold over. Repeat with the other corners , the rice paper will stick to itself to seal the thing.

Bonus: briefly fry the whole thing on all sides

Dems deluded themselves the same way with Obama. You started to see the economic rebound practically the day he stepped into office. Either Obama was a wizard or we were experiencing a natural market rebound before he’d done anything.

That’s not so strange , businesses are nervous before the election and will hold off investing. As soon as a reasonably sane politician is elected they will start investing again.

Yeah there is a good reason for that to be secret: it prevents buying votes because you can’t prove who you votes for, if someone offers you money to vote a certain way you can always take the money and vote the other way, no way to prove how you voted.
