This is super true. The more IT savvy you are (especially network administration and app development), the more you end up thinking “how the fuck is this legal and no one cares?”.
Edit: Forgot to mention OSINT and pentesting as they are obvious.
How often I have seen older peoples unhinged comments on explicit posts, while having their photo, full legal name and sometimes their address and phone number on public display is insane.
Telling them this and running wireshark on their device, explaining the logs in simple terms could change their minds.
I think a lot of Americans are about to find out why privacy was and is important.
Also, an expert gathering OSINT about someone will make anyone shit their pants (this can be illegal, don’t do it, unless you have written consent).
True, but this may still indicate a mental disorder. Feeling these emotions is the important part (especially a total lack of empathy is a huge red flag for sociopathy). I can support this claim with my own anecdotal evidence and expert analysis by a psychologist:
In my case, I also couldn’t cry, even though I felt lonely, sad, hope- and helpless, resulting in substance abuse and depression, which obviously reinforced these feelings.
I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and prescribed antidepressants (Sertraline), which I refused before, because peer reviewed studies about them didn’t look great. They made a HUGE difference, way beyond placebo, btw.
Sucks for the kids of these rtrds, but if adults remove themselves from the gene pool this way it’s hard to feel sorry for them.
Because I am a random nobody doing the same thing.
Interesting. I had only heard about how it “MAY” be harmful before, which means nothing.
Danke für die Korrektur.
Ah okay, didn’t know that. Danke.
Isn’t plastic basically biologically inert? So unless it is physically blocking something shouldn’t we have seen adverse effects if it actually was dangerous? Or maybe health problems just haven’t been associated with it yet. I think with lead it was obvious pretty quickly. I am a dumbass tho, so maybe someone smarter can correct me.
Organs.zip
Or organs.tar.gz for my linuxbros.
Warm showers lower blood pressure and reduce stress. It might have something to do with that.
And then being pissed off for a long time trying to remember.
And yet you remember a super unimportant detail you’ve heard once years ago. At least that’s what it was like for me, before I was on medication.
The best rapper you’ve never heard of.
I recommended looking up the problems with self hosting a mail server first. Just go with Tuta imo, its cheaper and easier.
Edit: I think I misread your comment.
~~GrapheneOS uses its own privacy focused location service. There is no need for root privileges. https://eylenburg.github.io/android_comparison.htm~~
Using microG location services requires root.
Thanks for letting me know.
I hope it isn’t mandatory, because that would be undeniable indoctrination, but I imagine there is social pressure anyways. It’s good to hear that some states don’t do it. I hope it becomes less and less common in the future.
