Dell XPS 13 Plus Developer Edition comes with Ubuntu. I have the non-developer edition which I run OpenSUSE with no problem.
I am fond of Recipe Keeper myself.

That sent me down the rabbit hole. I actually got caught up in the world BSD specifically DesktopBSD. I was amazed by all the “free” software options.
Lack of money, I couldn’t afford to pay for a Windows license. After discovering how to install Linux more than 25 years ago, I became eager to learn it and never looked back.
