They don’t want you viewing content from friends, they want you viewing content from the brands that pay them
Incredible, another one for [email protected]
It is and always has been as far as I’m aware
Yeah, they make some good points but it’s all a bit dramatic
Oh I’m definitely nicking this for [email protected]
You guys are paying $20 to see a single film at the cinema!?
while true; do
isn’t exactly harder to read than
while true
do
though, is it?
And going back to my original point, I don’t like while true
being on its own as to me it looks like it’s meant to be a separate statement rather than part of the do/done
block.
So you’d rather it all be on one line? I’d only do that if it’s a very simple command, otherwise you’re just making the code harder to read.
Simplest solution might just be to dual-boot Windows if you can’t get a VM working
I’d write
while true; do
X
done
for the same reason I’d write
if [ something ]; then
X
fi
or in another language
if (something) {
X
}
Because it’s all part of the same statement and having a single line with just do
or {
seems silly and implies (to me) that the lines aren’t related.
So it lets you get so close that you can block the ball from ever leaving the opposition’s side and they get a penalty? Neat, though still requires you to be better at the game than me!
Interesting, I’ve been wondering how OSM deals with malicious changes
Aha, the [email protected] edition
It’s still providing a correct explanation to people, I guess
Libel if it’s in print, slander if you say it in person
It’s not like it gives you questions in a particular order, it just puts a pin on the map everywhere there’s missing information. For instance if your neighbourhood only had house numbers missing then that’s all you’ll see nearby, other places could be completely different.
Consider me sceptical.
