It’s crazy how much a single node instance can max out my huge desktop CPU, so I can imagine.
Firefox, but I am mildly Zen-curious.

Same for State/Province.
Yes, but I often sacrifice sleep to find the time for it.

Maybe not my absolute favorite but one of the top 5 at least. Other groups I have seen more than once:
Dream Theater 2x
Less Than Jake 2x
Furthur 2x
Phish 3x
Primus 2x
Death Cab For Cutie 2x
moe 2 or maybe 3x
Umphrey’s McGee 2x
I have seen Tony Levin live twice, but in different acts. Dude is super cool.

That makes me sad.
Have your developers any advice on how to get paid to write Free Software?

spacemanspiffy@lemmy.worldto Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Plex is locking remote streaming behind a subscription in AprilEnglish19·3 months agoI used to use Plex, then one day my internet was down and since Plex couldn’t phone home, it wouldn’t let me log in to watch media ON MY LAN.
So yeah it’s inherently broken. That’s before you even consider the licensing.
spacemanspiffy@lemmy.worldto Programming@programming.dev•Any opinions on "vibe coding"?English19·3 months agoI like writing code. Like, physically typing it. It’s fun and probably my favorite pastime.
Why would I wanna give that up?
It really only makes sense to me when your distro is older or doesn’t have the software you want. I fully prefer native packages too, though, but I use Flatpak on phone.
Did someone say reinstall Deus Ex?
Newegg for most things. Some electronics, I know of smaller online stores and I prefer to order from them.
The only brick and mortar store near me is a Best Buy and that is no good for anyone.
