More realistically… AI Trump.
They could feed all of his bullshit into a model, and have an AI Trump spewing nonsense forever. Bet it’d even take AI golf trips.

As a non US person seeing this clip, all I can think is… this isn’t a surprise at all, the tariff stuff is basically blatant violation of existing trade agreements, being done based on Trumps whims without real justification. Him doing the same ‘locally’ is just more of the same.
I’m curious – I’ve looked at this a little in the past, but paused once the payment requirement showed up. Doesn’t feel like it really matters at all about using a VPN or otherwise to try and hide my identity, if there’s a charge on a credit card that proves I use a torrenting service… ? How are people sorting that out, or are we all just pretending you can’t get tracked through a payment?
Musks Tesla stock holdings make it so that even if he were kicked out as CEO, the company would continue to be viewed as his personal piggy bank, and likely continue to face backlash for the stuff Musk is doing. Him liquidating his stock position would crater the stock price. It’s pretty well cooked.
Well, I guess that’s still a step ‘up’ from his dad, with the 40 year age gap between him and his baby mamma/former step daughter, saying “Show me the rules that say I can’t groom/fuck/marry my former step daughter. Show me the rules.”
Thanks, appreciated.
Silly question perhaps, but I haven’t tripped across it on the site for Revolt – is there a relatively straight forward server version for self-hosting, or is it just that the source is on github and you can compile it in theory if you feel like goin through that process… ?
I agree that this is a significant issue / problem for democratic countries, and that the trend of violence towards journalists in America is an obvious concern.
That said, the media has generally turned a blind eye as Israel killed a record number of journalists the past few years - and not only that, but they continued to broadcast out that regimes narrative. Given that the media / journalists “at large” have ignored this sort of issue in another “democratic” country that’s gone authoritarian, I find it totally unsurprising that another authoritarian-trending regime feels emboldened / empowered to treat journalists the same.
