Figuring out what to do is a big part of the challenge for me too. I workout at home and follow video guided exercises using the Fiton App which is free for most content. I started with no weights, but have since gotten a few sets of dumbbells at different weights.
Ive had problems the last few days. Not just on Lemmy. All imgur anywhere. Both on PC, browser, and jeroba. I figured it was an imgur issue.

No she said that trump had a presidential RIGHT that is protected by the constitution that says he can do this.
2·1 month agoHey Doug. I just switched off of Lexapro and have lost about 6 lbs over the last month. I knew it made me tired, but I just didn’t realize how much until it wasn’t there anymore. My doctor switched me to Trintillix, which does seem to be working for me. Heads up though, it’s really expensive, but their website has several programs that can help. Hopefully I can afford to stay on this one 🤞.
I have noticed it gives me weird dreams --see my other comment in this thread 😂.

Hey friends. I had a dream last night that I was using an emery board to sharpen a coloring pencil. As I tried to sharpen it, it kept getting shorter and fatter, but the wood was still covering the core. I continued sharpening till all I had was a palm sized blob of coloring pencil core with a little point in the center. It looked more like the bottom of a wide flat spinning top by the time I was done. I was upset at the developments, but still used it for whatever I was trying to do.
