Why can’t the printer print ß? Why is it printing Cyrillic Я instead?

    They’re hacked!

don’t you know Landstrayaer Hauptstrayae? I walk through it several times a week :D

(also, is this the KFC near Westbahnhof, or did they open a KFC in Landstraßer Hauptstraße? It’s confusing that it says “KFC Mariahilferstrasse” but then a different address, but maybe one of them is the franchise’s headquarters.)

First line is the shop. It’s free text, so I guess they just call it by location. The following lines are the address of the company with the VAT number.

It’s the sort of thing that always gets messed up. When you open a new shop, nobody has the details right and these forms are filled out in a hurry by whoever gets the email. Then the terminal supplier misspells the texts anyway and it can only be changed by them, so nobody bothers.

Then when you get het home from holiday and check your bank account, you’ll wonder what the hell you bought at some randomly named kebab shop, because the place you actually bought something from used the neighbors terminal that day.

Even weirder, they have “strasse” printed directly above it.

As a cashier, I love telling people that their total is $6.66. Most people say nothing or think it’s funny. Every once in a while you get someone who freaks out and asks me to add on an item to make the total not $6.66. It’s pretty funny.

I got 6969 for my McDonald’s code the other day at the drive thru. He asked if I was using the app and said hell yeah, 69 69, he said oh nice, yeah we got you bro. It was like being a child again briefly.
